Classes are held in a purpose built, fully equipped Yoga studio. Steph is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 14 years teaching experience.

All classes are of a general level. Even though Yoga is taught as a group, Yoga is an individual practice and students are encouraged to work and progress at their own level. Yoga can be practiced by anyone, of any age, level of fitness or flexibility.

Classes run during school terms.
Tuesdays 9.30am and 6pm, Wednesdays 6pm and Thursdays 9.30am

You can pay for a term, (usually 10 weeks) or attend casually. Private classes are available on request.

We are a 10 minute drive from Millthorpe and 20 minutes to Orange.
