Sons and Brothers Wine

Christopher and Kathryn Bourke grow, make, bottle and bottle-age their Cabernet Sauvignon wine at Millthorpe. Called the Cabernet of Millthorpe it is the only wine that their vineyard makes. It is bottle-aged in their purpose built cellar for eight to ten years before being released for sale.

The climate at Millthorpe is similar to that of Southern Burgundy and this results in a unique Pinot Noir-like expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Come and meet Chris and taste this very different style of wine at Ferment, 87 Hill Street, Orange, on any Saturday.
