Millthorpe Village CommitteeThe Millthorpe Village Committee is the peak volunteer community body representing Millthorpe and the locality of 2798. Our primary objective is to foster a collaborative community, enhancing the place we live and creating an avenue for local activities to be undertaken. Advocating for improvement to our place, creating and hosting events whilst facilitating local interests to build on our community is what we aim to achieve.The MVC meets on a quarterly basis, typically the third Wednesday of the month.

The meeting are held at the Millthorpe CWA Hall on Pym Street with alternate location being the Millthorpe School of Arts on Victoria Street.

Millthorpe Business CommitteeMembers of the MBC are invited to attend MBC meetings and join other business members in discussions around marketing, tourism, events, and other business matters. Meetings are held monthly at a local business. Business meetings aim to be a casual gathering over a drink and nibbles so please bring yours along.5pm, 1st Friday of the month.

Millthorpe Garden RambleA small group of enthusiastic community members who organize the Annual Millthorpe Garden Ramble, which is held on the first weekend of November. a collection of beautiful local gardens open for a small fee held in the beautiful heritage village of Millthorpe. Funds raised go towards local projects to enhance the village and the Country Education Fund.5:30pm 2nd Tuesday of the month.

- Museum Roster/Opening GroupVolunteers open and run the museum on Saturday and Sundays. Welcome visitors and explain the museum and Millthorpe history. Alternatively open and operate the craft cottage on the museum grounds during the same opening times.Saturday and Sundays 11-3 Opening of the museum and/or Jacoba Craft Cottage
- Museum Collections CommitteeThe group meets every Thursday to work on documenting, photographing and digitising the collection. We bring our lunch and stop for a break in the middle of the day.Every Thursday mid morning to mid afternoon working on the collection
- Museum Projects and Maintenance GroupMeets weekly on Wednesday mornings to do project and maintenance works around the museum. We have use of a workshop area and enjoy a cuppa and cake for morning tea and lunch at the pub afterwards.Operates similar to a Men's Shed
- Millthorpe Museum Catering CommitteeCatering, primarily, on the museum grounds utilising the Pioneers Gallery and associated kitchen. Catering for group booking to the museum, museum events and wakes.On an event basis
Craft Cuppa'n'Chat GroupThe Craft Cuppa'n'Chat group is open to anyone that enjoys doing their craft while meeting together in the Millthorpe CWA Hall and having a chat & a cuppa. Knitting, crochet, patchwork, scrapbooking, sewing, embroidery, lacework are some of the craft skills that have been worked on by participants but it is the participant's choice of what they'd like to bring for themselves or you can learn something new. We are a friendly group enjoying each other's company.Weekly on Tuesdays EXCEPT 1st Tuesday of each month
10am to 1pm.

Millthorpe Meditation CentreMillthorpe Meditation Centre offers regular sessions for a simple break to attune yourself with chanting and meditation as well as breathing circles supported by group energy and a breathwork trainer. Church Services
Anglican Church ServiceSt Marks Anglican Church, conducts a service every Sunday at 10.30am. During the service Kids Church is held for primary school children in the hall behind the Church. There is also a creche available for families with toddlers. Wally Cox is the Priest in charge of the Blayney Parish and Bec Choi from Millthorpe is the Assistant Minister.
