PADDINGTON GROVE” is set on a 5-acre property, situated on the fringe of historic Millthorpe. You can take a 15-minute stroll into the village to explore boutique shops, galleries, cafes, cellar doors, and the renowned Tonic Restaurant.

When you arrive: Just relax with a complimentary bottle of wine and other refreshments. You are more than welcome to stroll around the property. In the morning, we have you sorted for breakfast – cereal, yoghurt, fruit, sourdough, homemade jam, and other condiments supplied.

The Space: When you enter the guest house, you will notice the unique Art Deco styling featuring work by some of the best local artists in the region, as well as some unique hidden gems. This open-plan living space works well with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and gas hotplates. Regarding the bedroom, we haven’t held back on comfort when it comes to the queen bed topped with luxury linens for a great night’s sleep. You’ll love the bathroom with its oversized shower utilising rainwater.

Other Inclusions: washing machine, Smeg espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas barbecue, reverse cycle air conditioning.

Come evening: Rest easy by your own private chiminea. Stargazing is always a highlight – especially when you spot the odd falling star or count the satellites, which are often in abundance. Or just stay indoors and get nostalgic with the record player and a collection of vinyl records. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music. You will find a deck of cards and a chess set to challenge yourselves or just sit and enjoy a read from the selection of books on hand or watch a bit of Netflix. You also have your own private space on the northern side where you can sit for your morning coffee.

Need to stroll around: There is access to the organic vegetable patch, which changes with the seasons. You may want to take advantage of our olive grove with a pre-ordered grazing plate, where you can sit and relax. During summer, there is access to the private pool by appointment. Undercover parking allows easy access.
